    Sleep is so so SO important for all-round health and well-being. And also that the vast majority of people don’t get enough of. I’ve tried very hard to create the time to get the sleep I need (my natural sleep cycle is around 8.5 hours). And I can really tell the difference to my mental state, energy levels and complexion when I don’t get what I need.

    I function my best when I get 8 hours, but anything less than 7 leaves me barely able to function. Thankfully I have always been a good sleeper, so if I manage to get in bed in time, I will fall asleep quickly.
